The famous Bergmannstraße market is just a short walk away and invites you to stroll and explore.
The Mehringdamm and Gneisenaustraße subway stations are also easily accessible, allowing you to conveniently visit all of Berlin's major attractions, such as the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and the Zoo.
The Apartment
The apartment is located in the basement of a quiet, renovated historic building. It consists of a bedroom and an open-plan living, sleeping, and dining area, offering flexible use.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and guarantees a restful night's sleep. The living/sleeping and dining area also offers a comfortable double bed and, if needed, a sofa bed for a fifth person, comfortably accommodating up to five people.
The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals. The bathroom is a real highlight, featuring two separate showers for added comfort and flexibility. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereitgestellt.

The four of us felt extremely comfortable in Elisa's apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and all the furnishings and amenities described in the listing were there. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and the beds were comfortable.
The apartment is located in a very quiet courtyard, while the surrounding neighborhood offers an excellent variety of restaurants, bars, and small shops. The nearest grocery store, drugstore, and pharmacy are all within easy walking distance, and public transportation is also readily accessible.
Elisa was always very friendly and quick to respond. An issue with the heating in the bedroom was resolved quickly and without any hassle.
All in all, we were extremely satisfied. We highly recommend the apartment and would happily stay here again on a similar trip. 🙂
